1: Rising action is the point where there  is a problem coming up, where the climax is the area that has the most action. If I had to say, I'd say the part where they ask if they should turn back is the rising action. 

2: Setting is where the story takes place. The answer is C

3: This is character vs self. She is struggling with her shyness, which is an internal conflict, he enemy is herself.

4: The answer is character vs character. One of them wants to do one thing while the other wants to do something else, they are in conflict with each other.

6 (because there is no 5): Plot is the overall point or reasoning for the story, the answer is B: they decided to climb the mountain at the coldest time of the year.
