The main purpose of the society or any institution is to maintain and control the discipline among the institution. This aim would be achieved by developing an organization in an institution. Institutions can not work alone, it needs another institution to help, cooperation, and association. This inter-dependency called the organization. The institution word is used for both formal institutions such as customs and any formal institution created by an organization or built by govt.
