The correct answer is 2. “We’ll just have to figure out something else to do.” said Sam

Explanation:

In literature, it is common dialogues are marked using quotation marks ("); in this case, the appropriate is to enclose the exact words of the character in quotation marks and add a punctuation mark if needed before the enclosing quotation mark. Besides this, a period should not be placed at the end of a quotation, except if the author does not add any information, and therefore a new sentence begins.

In the case of paragraph 2, there is a mistake in the punctuation of dialogues because a period is included before the closing quotation mark, despite new information is added and the sentence has not ended. Therefore, the correct would be to place a comma to add this detail as "We’ll just have to figure out something else to do,” said Sam.

Can you write a short story in at least ten sentences that includes a violin, a rainforest, some sort of fae, a fight scene, and
Dahasolnce [82]
On a cool summer nights, there was a fairy. She lives in a beautiful rainforest that was filled with luscious green trees and beautiful flowers. She loved to go throughout the rainforest, sitting on the trees and playing her beautiful violin. She would play for hours, serenading all of the animals. But on this one particular night she ran into an elder. The fairy elders were always taken very seriously, as they were known to have the wisest of wisdom known throughout the jungle. This elder however wasn't As calm. She was still nice but she had come in to many troubles through her days, which made her a little bit aggressive. She was annoyed by the constant violin playing, but not for the reasons you may think. Her daughter used to play violin, and hearing this violin played by the beautiful fairy brought back sad memories. She argued with the ferry, asking her to please not play near her, or she just could not take the sadness that it ensued. she thought the violin was beautiful, it's beautiful oak crafted from the trees of the forest surrounding them. She argued that she never wanted to hear the violin again, although it brought much pain to admit her to say that. The theory however believe that she could find healing and hearing the violin again. She asked the elder if the elder had a violent of their own, and they surprised, replied with yes. Fairy persuaded the elder to come and play the violin with her, to connect with her daughter whom she so tragically lost. The elder was skeptical, but went along. As it turned out it was a beautiful experience, and it brought the elder to tears. Now every night they play together, until the sun comes over the trees.
